WAGNER AND CRASH SCENE

LAGOS AUGST 24TH (NEWSRANGERS)-It comes hours after Russia confirmed that Wagner Group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin was on board a private yet which crashed to the ground north of Moscow, killing 10 people.

Furious Wagner soldiers in Belarus have sent Vladimir Putin a chilling threat hours after their leader Pregozhin was reportedly killed in a horror plane crash.

Russian officials have claimed that Putin’s former pal – who staged an unsuccesfful coup exactly two months ago – was among the victims after a private jet crashed north of the Russian capital earlier today.

TASS news reports that seven passengers, including the Wagner Group leader, and three crew were on board the Embraer aircraft en route from Moscow to St Petersburg.

His loyal supporters in Belarus have since issued an icy statement as they vow to get revenge after his death.

A statement released by Wagner soldiers in Belarus reads: “There’s a lot of talk right now about what the Wagner Group will do. We can tell you one thing. We are getting started, get ready for us.”

It comes as Belarus has reportedly cut off the internet in the area of the main Wagner group, just hours after they threatened the Kremlin after leader Prigozhin was named as one of the victims of the crash which killed 10 people in total.

Visegrad 24 reports: “The Belarusian authorities have cut off the internet in the area of the main Wagner Group camp in the Tale Village in Belarus.

“Looks like Putin and Lukashenko are trying to stop the Wagner Group from communicating with each other and coordinating a quick response.”

It was confirmed earlier tonight that Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin is among 10 people confirmed dead after a plane crash near Moscow.
