PSG Sets Aside €100m For Osimhen
LAGOS NOVEMBER 27TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Paris Saint-Germain is keeping a close eye on Victor Osimhen who’s currently on loan at Galatasaray, and is reportedly considering an offer to sign him permanently.
The Nigerian striker, who was loaned out by Napoli at the start of this season, has shown his fitness and has caught the attention of the Parisian club, who are looking to strengthen their attack given the lack of goals from their current attackers.
The relationship between Osimhen and Napoli deteriorated due to tensions with President Aurelio De Laurentiis, which led to his temporary departure to Galatasaray. However, his performances in Turkey have been spectacular, consolidating himself as one of the most outstanding strikers on the European scene. These performances have rekindled rumours about a definitive change of scenery for the striker.
PSG, with their ambition to dominate European football, sees Osimhen as the ideal player to lead their attack. However, the operation will not be easy. Napoli, aware of the talent and potential of the Nigerian, is not willing to let him go for less than 100 million euros, a figure that could complicate the negotiations.
Osimhen, for his part, seems ready to leap to a bigger club, and PSG, with its attractive sporting project, could be the perfect destination. The next few months will be key to defining the future of the attacker, who is set to be one of the big names in the transfer market.
