UEFA: Manchester City Fan Commits Suicide After Losing N3m Bet Against Chelsea
LAGOS JUNE 6TH (NEWSRANGERS)-An addicted Manchester City football Club fan and a clearing agent, popular known as Ahmed Ferrari was reported to have committed suicide last week after he lost N3m bet on the just concluded EUFA Champion League final match between Chelsea FC and Manchester City.
NewsRangers gathered from a reliable source that Ahmed Ferrari who lives in Ajegunle, Apapa-Lagos state bet with N3m given to him to clear goods at Tin-Island port hoping to recoup the fund after he must have won the betting. Unfortunately, Chelsea defeated Manchester City Football club 1-0 in the encounter.
Probably ashamed or not knowing how he will refund the money given to him for the clearing of goods, Ahmed Ferrari was reported to have ended his life by drinking a bottle filled with snipper popular known as ‘otapiapia’.
When our correspondent visited where he resides with his mother, his friends were seen lamenting about his unfortunate death.
