LAGOS APRIL 22ND (NEWSRNAGERS)-A heavy-duty tanker has collided with a commercial yellow bus in the Abule Egba area of Lagos State.
According to early reports from bystanders, the bus allegedly suffered brake failure and, while attempting to move off the road, crashed into the tanker.
Police officers and other personnel were immediately deployed to the scene to manage traffic and coordinate emergency response.
At least 8 persons were involved in the accident, including 2 pregnant women and a minor at the time of this report.
The condition of the victims has not yet been officially confirmed, with officers trying to clear the scene.
Authorities are yet to determine the exact cause of the crash.
