Trouble Looms In Kano As Lamido Sanusi, Ado Bayero Struggle To Occupy The Emir’s Palace

LAGOS MAY 26TH (NEWSRANGERS)-If urgent measures is not taken by the Federal Government security agents, breakdown of law and order is imminent in Kano.
The deposed Emir of Kano arrived Kano City on Saturday morning with a mission to occupy the Palace where the new reinstated Emir, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is already occupying with the backing of the State Governor, Abba Yusuf.
Governor Yusuf had ordered the arrest of the deposed Emir, Ado Bayero for causing tension and an attempt to breach the peace of the city.
“Military officers arrived at Gidan Nassarawa to escort the 15th Emir of Kano, HRH Aminu Ado Bayero, to the Main Emir’s Palace where the 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, is also located.
Meanwhile, the Deputy governor of Kano, accompanied by his security personnel, remains alongside Emir Sanusi Muhammad II in a commitment to not depart from the palace.
The Kwankwasiyya Movement has urged all its members to move to the Emir Palace where the 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi is located, to prevent the reinstatement of the 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayaro.
This matter is escalating too fast.
Meanwhile, TVC News, in his ‘Exclusive’ news on its official Page monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE wrote;
“EXCLUSIVE: The reinstated Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II has returned to the Kano Emir’s Palace in the early hours of Saturday.
The Emir arrived at the Kano Royal Palace in company of Governor Abba Yusuf, his deputy, Aminu Abdussalam and the speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Yusuf Falgore.
Heavy security has been deployed to the Kano Emir’s Palace to maintain law and order.
The Emir of Kano while interacting with journalists expressed joy at the development thanking the government at state and national level for their support.”
The troubles in Kano Emirship, Nigerians said was caused by the politicians struggling for supremacy at the detriment of our traditional institutions.
