Scores Dead, Others Injured As Police Vehicle On ‘One Way’ Rams Into Bus

LAGOS OCTOBER 24TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Many people have lost their lives and others were injured in a fatal accident involving a bus and a vehicle of the Nigerian Police Force which was driving against traffic rules in Oraifite, Anambra State.

It was gathered that the police officers were  allegedly driving “one way” when their vehicle crashed with a commercial bus filled with passengers who were returning from Onitsha.

In a video shared on social media by a Facebook user, Nonso Masterbuilts, many people both young and old were seen lying on the roadside, while a police officer who was apparently injured was seen on their pickup van.

Sharing the video, Nonso wrote: “This is totally unacceptable. People lost their lives because of the recklessness of the NIGERIAN POLICE FORCE. People that are supposed to protect lives and properties.

“The Attention of the Nigeria Police Force and his excellency Charles Chukwuma Soludo , SOLUDO TV should be drawn to this sad incident and make sure to bring the perpetrators to book so that the family of those that lost their loved ones would be served justice. @soludo”
