Nigeria Records 16 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Infections Hit 254, Death 6

LAGOS APRIL 8TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Nigeria has recorded 16 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of COVID-19 infections in the country to 254.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) disclosed the updated figure which rose from 238 to 254 with death in a tweet on Tuesday evening.

Ten of the new cases were discovered in Lagos and two infections were confirmed in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Oyo also recorded two new infections while Delta and Katsina States recorded their first cases of coronavirus.
