Heritage Energy Felicitates With Gov. Okowa On 60TH Birthday, Visits Okpe Monarch

LAGOS JULY 20TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited (HEOSL), operator of Oil Mining Lease (OML30), has joined the society, particularly Deltans to congratulate His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on his 60th birthday anniversary, which was celebrated recently.
Mr. Jeremiah Oharisi, Senior Advisor, Government Relations, represented Heritage’s Government and Community Relations Department at the Governor’s birthday celebration held at the Dome Event Centre, Asaba on the 8th of July 2019.
Oharisi, on behalf of company congratulated Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and noted that the birthday was a celebration of grace and style with all the “political big nickers” in the state in attendance.
Meanwhile, the Orodje of Okpe, His Royal Majesty (HRM) Orhue I CFR, MNI, Felix Mujakperuo has urged Heritage Energy and the host communities to coexist amicably in the midst of peace and sustainable development.
The respected monarch gave the advise when a delegation of Heritage’s team paid him a courtesy visit on 11th of July 2018, at his palace, as part of it’s corporate social responsibility and to mark his 14th Coronation Anniversary.
Orodje of Okpe commended Heritage Energy for the thoughtful gesture, noting that the company was doing a lot to benefit the host communities, but however, noted also, that much remains to be done.
It will be recalled that Heritage’s team led by the Head of Community Relations and Security Department- Mr. Sylvester Okoh, had also celebrated with the Ovie of Agbon, His Royal Majesty (HRM) Ogurime-rime Ukori I, on the occasion of his son’s wedding, at KFT place, Saturday 5th of July 2019.
The occasion had both political and traditional leaders in attendance, and it was a beautiful ceremony with class and style.
