Harry Akande Wins N4.2bn Lawsuit Against Shoprite This Year Before His Sudden Demise
LAGOS DECEMBER 6TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Seventy Seventy- years-old Agbaoye of Ibadanland Harry Akande was announced dead on Saturday 5th of December this year at his home town Ibadan.
From a statement given out by his family he was said to have had a brief illness before his death which sources had it to be Covid-19 (but yet to be confirmed).
The news came as a shock to so many, because earlier this year, the business mogul won a $10million lawsuit against Shoprite for violating the agreement made between his company (AIC Limited) and Shoprite Retails to be the exclusive operator and manager of it brand all over Nigeria.
During is lifetime he was well known as a prominent business man making waves both home and abroad. He used to be the richest man in Nigeria before Aliko Dangote. He was once a presidential aspirant under the ANPP
His burial arrangements his yet to be announced.
