Father, Son Arrested For Selling Hard Drugs To Lagos School Children


LAGOS MARCH 6TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Lagos State Police Command has arrested father and son for selling drugs known as tramadol and other hard drugs to children of Lagos primary and secondary schools (Names with held).
They are forty years old Ibrahim Sheu and twenty three years old Franku Ibrahim.
NewsRangers learnt from Lagos State Commissioner Of Police, Mr. Imohimi Edgal that with information received from Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs some primary and secondary schools children in Lagos state are suspected to be indulging in consumption of hard drugs, a decoy from RRS of Lagos Police Command in collaboration with the Ministry located the schools and interviewed the children which led to the arrest of the duo.
He disclosed that on interrogation, the suspects agreed to have been selling the highly addictive drugs to the children.
He advised parents to be extra vigilant and keep constant watch on their children and their friends.
“Parents should do a surprise check to their children often and look out for change in behavior,” Edgal advised
