Abuja Court Of Appeal Suspends Hearing Of Oshiomhole’s Appeal

LAGOS MARCH16TH (NEWSRANGERS)-  The Court of Appeal in Abuja has suspended hearing of the appeal filed by the suspended National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, after scheduling hearing for today.

The embattled politician is in court to upturn the ruling of the FCT High Court which approved his suspension by the Edo State chapter of the party.

The 3-member panel of justices headed by Justice Stephen Adah announced that a fresh panel would be reconstituted to hear the suit at Monday’s brief session.

A new date would be communicated to the parties, an official of the court announced.

The embattled national chairman was in court alongside his lawyers.

The APC has scheduled an emergency NEC meeting this Tuesday to ratify Oshiomhole’s suspended and announce acting Acting Chairman.
