Nigeria Minister Of Power Officially Declares Powerelec-Nigeria 2025 Int’l Exhibition Open In Lagos

LAGOS JANUARY 14TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Nigeria Minister of Power,  Chief Adebayo Adelabu  has officially declared  Powerelec-Nigeria 2025 International  exhibition  opened

The event was organised by Africa Solar Industry Association(AFSIA} and held  at Landmark Centre, Victorial Island, Lagos is to update people  on the status of solar in Africa. It is a comprehensive report offering critical insights and analysis on the latest developments in Africa’s solar industry.

During the event,AFSIA officially launched its Africa Solar Outlook 2025 report as well as hold one of its Executive Solar Dialogues (ESD}.

While declaring the event opened, the Minister who was represented by a Director in the Ministry of Power, Engr. Bobo Umar Mustapha who  said he would have love to be present at the event yesterday  disclosed that  he was unavoidably absent because  he had an international assignment.

While welcoming delegates to the official opening of the Powerelect – Nigeria Conference 2025 International exhibition, the Minister disclosed that he is honoured  and  privileged to address the  global industrialists and  experts who  came together to explore the vast potentials in Nigeria.

“I am particularly delighted to see so many of you  from  acrossthe globe, West-Africa and Nigeria attending this event,” he stated.

He stated that the Nigeria Government is working earnestly to diversify it’s economy, stressing that  they are  depending on the assistance of international organization in driving the transformation process.

“Nigeria government is committed to provide the necessary frame work and incentive to facilitate the growth of developmental project across the country.

“We will continue to support this initiative to attract investment and to ensure long term viability of the investment.

“I advise all of you to take full advantage of the discussion, orientation and networking opportunity over the next few days.

“I look forward to fruitful discussion and  meaningful collaboration.

Thank you and I officially declared  Powerelec –Nigeria 2025 open,” he stated.

The three days event which started on 13th January 2025 will end on the 15th January 2025.
