Peter Obi Mourns Passage Of  Ex-INEC Chairman Humphrey Nwosu, Says His Legacy Cannot Be Repeated

LAGOS OCTOBER 25TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State and Presidential candidate of the Labour Party recently reacted to the death of the former chairman of Independent and National Electoral Commission, INEC Humphrey Nwosu and made it known that the legacy left behind by the former electoral umpire cannot be repeated.

The statements which were shared by the former governor on his official social media handle however stirred mixed reactions from the general public.

As the nation mourn the sad demise of the former chairman of Independent Electoral Commission, INEC Professor Humphrey Nwosu, a lot of individuals took to different platforms to share their thoughts on the legacies left behind by the former electoral umpire, notable amongst these is the former governor of Anambra State and Presidential aspirant of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.

In his condolence message which was shared on his official social media handle, X the former governor made it known that the late Humphrey Nwosu was a true democrat and academician whose love for democracy and it’s values were in full display during his tenure as the INEC chairman, leaving behind a legacy which according to him, cannot be repeated.
