2019: Again, Buhari Names Amaechi His Campaign DG

LAGOS SEPTEMBER 20TH(NEWSRANGERS)-President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday approved the appointment of a campaign organization for his re-election in 2019 with Mr. Rotimi Amaechi as Secretary/Director General.
Mr. Amaechi was the Director General of the Buhari-Osinbajo Presidential in 2014/2015.
A statement by Garba Shehu Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity said “the new DG will announce other appointments into the campaign structure as approved by President Buhari”.
Amaechi the former Governor of Rivers State was the DG of the campaign committee in 2014-2015 that won the elections and brought the current administration into office.
