LAGOS MARCH 31ST (NEWSRANGERS)-A recent viral video has brought attention to the production of counterfeit Coca-Cola, raising concerns about potential health risks associated with these fake products.
The video, which surfaced on social media platform X, depicts a scene in a warehouse where a man is observed refilling used Coca-Cola bottles with a concoction from a tub.
Using a funnel, the man pours the fake mixture into the bottles, which are then repackaged for resale. Surroundings filled with bags of discarded bottles further emphasize the illicit nature of the operation.

Others pointed out the striking similarities between the counterfeit product and the genuine Coca-Cola, with one user noting, “To be honest, this is how Coca-Cola syrup looks like anyway, so same poison different hands.”
Despite the widespread attention the video has received, the Coca-Cola Company has chosen not to address the controversy publicly.
