LAGOS NOVEMBER 7TH (NEWSRANGERS)-A 77-year-old visually-impaired man, Kareem Adebayo, was on Wednesday arraigned before a Magistrates’ Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State, for alleged possession of a substance believed to be Indian hemp.
