LAGOS MAY 19TH *NEWSRANGERS)-Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has ordered Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) to write-off accumulated billings for all communities on Lalupon/Iwo Road electricity feeder in Ibadan, up till November 2020.
