Photo Of Dapchi Residents Waving At Boko Haram Convoy After Release Of Abducted Girls Emerge
LAGOS MARCH 22ND(NEWSRANGERS)-Boko Haram members on Wednesday freed dozens of abducted Dapchi school students.
The fully armed sect members who returned the girls moved into the town in a number of vehicles.
A photo showing the convoy leave the community has emerged.
This is contradictory toMinister Of Information, Mr Lai Mohammaed statement whch disclosed that the students came in batches from from different locations
Residents can be seen waving at the insurgents who covered their faces.
Boko Haram had in February stormed the Government Girls School in Yobe.
110 of the students were taken to an unknown location.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered four ministers to proceed to Dapchi in Yobe for update on the release of the female students.
The Ministers include Mansur Dan-Ali, Defence; Abdulrahman Danbazau, Interior; Lai Mohammed, Information; and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mrs Khadijat Abba-Ibrahim.
