LAGOS FEBRUARY 16TH (NEWSRANGERS)-According to The Peoples Person Manchester United have taken a major step in their pursuit of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, reportedly submitting a verbal offer after agreeing to pay his release clause at Napoli.
