LAGOS FEBRUARY 18TH (NEWSRANGERS)-The Care -Taker Committee Chairman of Brass Local Government Area, Hon Victor Issaiah has extolled Bayelsa State Governor, Chief Sriake Dickson on his excellent performance in infrastructural development in the state.
Addressing group of journalists at Yenogoa, Issaiah pointed out that the mammoth crowd that converged at the Ox – Bow Lake pavilion that was commissioned by the National Chairman of People’s Democratic Party , PDP, Chief Uche Secondus recently was a testimony of appreciation of the people of Bayelsa State towards the infrastructural development in education, health care sector and road constructionamong others recorded by the restoration government of Governor Seriake Dickson for the past six years.
He maintained that the restoration government Seriake Dickson will remain indelible to Bayelsans, adding that they are the foundation and legacies that are people oriented and verifiable projects.
The local government boss further stressed that the Ox – Bow lake pavilion is among projects especially created for promotion of tourism, because it forms a centre for recreation, relaxation, picnics for fun lovers and those who want to unwind after a busy hustle and bustle day.
He observed that besides creating employment for those that will doing buying and selling at the centre, the ox bow lake has been constructed to promote and project an age longed cultural fiesta , boat regatta which the state has a comparative advantage.
