Driver Dies, Passengers Escape Death As Truck Crushes Three Cars In Lagos
LAGOS DECEMBER 23RD (NEWSRANGERS)-A truck conveying 40 feet container fell on three vehicles at Cele Bus Stop, along Oshodi Apapa expressway, Lagos, on Thursday.
Driver of one of the vehicles, a commercial bus, was killed on the spot, while passengers in the bus and those in the two other vehicles managed to escape.
While confirming the accident, NEMA official said, “A male adult died in a multiple auto crashes involving a Mack truck conveying twin 20fts containers. A Volkswagen bus with registration number AKD 489XZ, a highlander Jeep with registration number AGL 366FP and a Toyota RAV4 with registration number AAA 353FH were crushed by the trailer. In addition to the lost life, three other people were injured and evacuated by the police.”
