Gunmen Attack Oyo State Commissioner, Kill Driver, Injure Escort
LAGOS NOVEMBER 21ST (NEWSRANGERS)-Unknown gunmen have attacked Oyo State commissioner for lands, Abdulraheem Abiodun, killing his driver in the process.
The commissioner was attacked on Wednesday around 8:00 pm just after he was dropped at his residence in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.
His escort is being treated at an undisclosed hospital after being shot by the gunmen.
Reports suggest the commissioner was not injured.
Police in Oyo have not been able to confirm the number of gunmen involved in the attack.
The motive of the attack is still unknown at press time.
