LAGOS AUGUST 6TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Responding to a question about Wike’s claim that he is “the father of corruption” and the allegation that his Abuja residence was built with funds from Rivers State in an interview with TVC, George said he did not take the comments seriously. He added that he considered the remarks unworthy of a response and described them as beneath his dignity.
George also said he sees Wike as much younger than him and insisted that responding to such accusations was unnecessary.
In Chief Bode George’s words: “I said to myself that young man needs to be immediately taken to a psychiatric hospital. My house in Abuja was bought with funds from Rivers—how? I wasn’t the only one he was abusing. And first of all: it’s an infra dignitatem for me to respond to a child who is just about the same age as my first child.”
