Osimhen Scores, Displays Skills, Class As Napoli Advances In Champions League
LAGOS DECEMBER 13TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Fresh off being named the CAF Player of the Year, Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen showed why he deserved the award by leading Napoli to a 2-0 win over Braga to secure advancement to the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League.
Osimhen was a constant threat to the Braga defense all night. He opened the scoring in the 23rd minute after a clever bit of skill to flick the ball over the onrushing Braga goalkeeper following a pass from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
