Jehovah Sharp-Sharp G.O. Storms Lagos Street On Sack Clothes, Warns Nigeria Leaders Of Looming Dangers

LAGOS APRIL 19TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Archbishop Benjamin Mustapha, General Overseer of Resurrection Praise Ministry International (Jehovah Sharp-Sharp), has again warned Nigerian leaders of the danger ahead should they continue to impoverish the citizenry.

Mustapha clothed in sack on Sunday had a walk around the church environ in Satellite Town, where he stressed that there would be consequences for every action and in action that have brought Nigeria to where it is, including bad roads, high cost of living and call for secession.

Noting that Nigerian leaders think they were untouchable, he stated : “God said they should hear this, there will be consequences for every action that the current managers of Nigeria are actually going to get if they don’t turn from their evil ways.

“Let us sit down and agree on some new terms that can keep us together but for now there is a terrible crack in the country call Nigeria that is why I am in this sack clothes. If they continue to toe this path they will not be able to escape the consequences.

“The scripture says if those called by my name shall humble themselves, pray and turn from their wicked I will hear from heaven, forgive their sins and heal their land. But if they refuse to turn away from evil then the wrath of God will fall on them. So many of our leaders and current managers of Nigeria believe nobody can do them anything because they have the money, influence and everything. But everything is not money.”

Continuing he said :”When God looks upon the poor and can no longer stands it, the cup of the rich and mighty gets full then He will stretch forth His hands and redeem His people by Himself. The great musician who died years ago, Bob Marley, sang a song about redemption. Nigeria needs redemption right now, except the leaders sit and find a way out of the nightmare, the wrath of God is already on its way.

“When a man has a quarrel with man, another man will settle it but when a man has a quarrel with God nobody born ofva man can settle it the quarrel. They have time to repent now that I’m in sack clothe. Infact I am not in sack clothe alone, I carried ashes with me, I pour the ashes on my head to know the depth of the anger of the Almighty God. The current managers have depleted this country and God is not happy, except they repent He will pour His wrath on them.”

In addition to the solution of Nigeria’s problems, the cleric who protested last Sunday with coffin on his head, as well advised that the recommendations of the last national confab be considered.

” If I am to advise I will say there is a recommendation of the national conference of the last administration…,” he added.
