LAGOS FEBRUARY 17TH (NEWSRANGERS)-A ‘violent’ earthquake has rattled Delhi today with locals saying it was the ‘strongest’ they had ever felt. Tremors were felt in India‘s capital city as well as other northern parts of the country, reported India Today.
