Lagos Ports Not Congested, Operates Below 70% Capacity — STOAN
LAGOS AUGUST 19TH (NEWSRANGERS)-The Seaport Terminal Operators Association of Nigeria says the Lagos Port Complex, Apapa and the Tin-Can Island Port Complex are not congested.
