Police Investigates 20 Bags Of Cannabis Intercepted In Lagos
LAGOS SEPTEMBER 19TH (NEWSRANGERS)-The Lagos Police Command has opened investigation to ascertain the destination and other relevant information surrounding the movement of large quantity of Cannabis also called Indian Hemp.
Spokesman of the Command Bala Elkana, disclosed that, Police Officers from Area J Command, intercepted a van along Itafaji Street, Lagos Island loaded with twenty bags of Cannabis leaf’s.
The driver of the Van, Usman Adeyemi ‘male’ 27 years old was arrested while the vehicle was impounded for discreet investigation, he said.
