LAGOS JULY 14TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Yesterday in Agulu, the ADC Presidential hopeful, Mr. Peter Obi, demonstrated once again his unwavering commitment to grassroots development by making significant donations aimed at empowering his community.

Mr. Obi donated ₦50 million to the Agulu Microfinance Bank to boost access to funds for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the area.

This move is expected to enhance economic activities and support business owners striving to grow despite harsh economic realities.

In addition, he donated ₦10 million to the Agulu Skill Acquisition Centre to facilitate vocational training and empower the youth with practical skills for self-reliance.

The Agulu Progressive Union (APU) women’s wing also received ₦30 million, a gesture that will go a long way in supporting their activities, welfare programs, and economic initiatives.

To strengthen community security, Mr. Obi presented two brand new Innoson pickup trucks to the Agulu Vigilante Service, ensuring improved mobility for patrol and effective local security operations.
