Lagos: Sanwo-Olu To Review Lockdown After Seven Days

LAGOS APRIL 17TH (NEWSRANGERS)-The Lagos State Government has hinted that it will review the lockdown situation in the state after seven days.

Governor Babajide Sanwo- Olu disclosed this on Wednesday during  a virtual meeting with  28 MD/CEOs in the state under the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

The Lagos lockdown was extended for 14 days on Monday by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Responding to the concerns on business continuity raised by the MDs and CEOs, Sanwo-Olu said, “The LASG will consider a review of the lockdown situation after 7 days. Strategic relaxation of the lockdown may be implemented. However, more access will be given to businesses as more lockdown relaxations are instituted.”
