Elon Musk Meddles Into Europe Politics, Calls German Chancellor “Crazy And Incompetent”
LAGOS JANUARY 8TH (NEWSRANGERS)-For several years now, the boss of Tesla, SpaceX and now Twitter hasn’t hesitated to meddle with political affairs around the world.
After supporting Donald Trump during the American elections, the billionaire is now setting his sights on European politics, causing panic among leaders. French President Emmanuel Macron was keen to point this out:
“If we had been told that the owner of one of the world’s biggest social media networks would support a new European far-right international, and influence elections, including in Germany, who could have imagined it?”
Macron is referring to Germany’s parliamentary elections on February 23, when Elon Musk argued that only the anti-migrant, eurosceptic and pro-Russian AFD party could save Germany. The billionaire went even further, personally attacking German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, calling him a madman and an incompetent fool.
